FarmKeep Basic is free to use. If you want to check out Premium, you can try it for free for 14 days. There is no commitment and you can cancel at any time. Can other people see my farm?
At the moment, all farms are private. You can share your farm with others by inviting people to join your farm using the invite members feature.
If I have Premium and I invite others to join my farm, do they need to be Premium?
No. Only the owner of the farm needs to be premium to invite anyone to join their farm as an admin or staff member. Admin and staff members do not need premium accounts themselves.
If I cancel my premium membership, do I lose all my data?
No, your data is your data. If you decide to cancel your premium membership, you can still access everything you've created on your farm. There will just be some restrictions in editing the data or adding new data. See our pricing page to learn more about available features.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and you will have access to premium until the end of your billing cycle. You can also renew your premium access at a later date.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled through the iOS App Store or Google Play depending on which platform you use to download FarmKeep.
Is FarmKeep cross platform?
Yes. You can access your account from either iOS or Android. If you decide to switch your device (for example, from Android to iOS), you can update your billing by canceling premium on the previous platform and upgrading to premium on the new platform.
